Competition Purpose:

The World Outstanding Student Cup 2025 is dedicated to recognizing the outstanding talents, innovative spirit and outstanding achievements of students in Hong Kong and around the world in the fields of art, music, dance, sports, literature, STEAM and leadership service.

This international competition discovers and inspires young talents to realize their full potential through multi-dimensional assessments of academics, leadership, innovation, morality and social contribution. We provide a platform for students around the world to showcase themselves, exchange learning, and pursue excellence, cultivating their tenacity, creative thinking and social responsibility, and becoming future leaders and change makers.

This award recognizes individual achievements and inspires the younger generation to inject vitality into Hong Kong and the global community and make far-reaching contributions. We welcome outstanding students from all over the world to compete for this honorary trophy!

World Outstanding Student Cup 2025
The World Outstanding Student Cup 2025 celebrates the exceptional talents and innovative spirit of Hong Kong and global students in arts, music, dance, sports, literature, STEAM, and leadership service.

This international competition recognizes youth excelling in academics, leadership, innovation, character, and social impact through multifaceted evaluations. We provide a global platform for students to showcase their holistic potential, fostering resilience, creativity, and social responsibility to become future leaders and changemakers.

Honoring individual achievements, this award inspires young minds to contribute to Hong Kong and global society. Join outstanding students worldwide to compete for this prestigious cup!

Group

  • Kindergarten Group (K1-K3)
  • Primary School Group (P1-P6)
  • Secondary School Group (S1 -S6)
  • University Group

Classification of Participant-Related Information

Participants are required to submit the following relevant information for judging purposes:

1. Artistic Achievements

School grades related to visual arts, art, painting, design, photography, short film shooting, etc., grades/certificates of extracurricular courses, and certificates of relevant competitions
(Please clearly list the organizer, competition name, participating category, and ranking)

2. Literary achievements

School grades related to Chinese, English, essay writing, recitation, calligraphy, etc., grades/certificates of extracurricular courses, and certificates of related competitions

(Please clearly list the organizer, competition name, participating category, and ranking)

3. Musical achievements

School grades related to music, instrumental performance, singing, etc., grades/certificates of extracurricular courses or performances, and relevant competition certificates

(Please clearly list the organizer, competition name, participating category, and ranking)

4. Dance achievements

Dance-related school grades, grades/certificates of extracurricular courses or performances, and relevant competition certificates

(Please clearly list the organizer, competition name, participating category, and ranking)

5. STEAM Achievements

School grades related to mathematics, science, computer science, innovation and technology, etc., grades/certificates of extracurricular courses, and certificates of relevant competitions

6. Sports achievements

In-school scores related to physical education, other sports, scores/certificates of extracurricular courses, and relevant competition certificates

7. Student Services Leader Achievement

Results/certificates from courses or activities related to leadership, volunteering, and other community service activities

(Please clearly list the organizer, competition name, participating category, and ranking)

Scoring Criteria

1. In-school grades and out-of-school language scores = 30%
2. Art and Music achievements/achievements = 50%
3. Sports performance/achievement = 10%
4. Experience in serving the community = 10%

World Outstanding Student Cup 2025 Award Setting

  1. Group Awards <br />Each group will have a champion , a runner-up and a third place winner , who will be awarded trophies , medals and certificates .
  2. Special Awards <br />Each category may have Outstanding Academic Award , Outstanding Arts Award and Outstanding Sports Award . The winners will be awarded medals and certificates .
  3. Grade Awards <br />Other outstanding contestants will be awarded gold , silver or bronze awards , and the winners will be awarded medals and certificates .
  4. Outstanding Elite Mentor Award <br />Mentors who successfully recommend five or more contestants will be awarded a trophy and certificate .
  5. Outstanding Elite Institution Award <br />Institutions that successfully recommend ten or more contestants will be awarded a trophy and certificate .

Certificate and Award Delivery Arrangements

  • After the announcement of the winners, participants have one week to check their names. If changes are required, they must be notified within the deadline and the process will be free of charge. If changes are made after the deadline, a handling fee will be charged.
  • Certificates, trophies and medals will be sent from Hong Kong to the address provided in the registration form approximately 12-14 weeks after the announcement, by SF Express COD .

World Outstanding Student Cup 2025 Award Structure

  1. Category Awards
    Each category awards Champion , Runner-Up , and Second Runner-Up , receiving a trophy , medal , and certificate .
  2. Special Awards
    Categories may include Outstanding Academic Award , Outstanding Arts Award , and Outstanding Sports Award , with winners receiving a medal and certificate .
  3. Merit Awards
    Other exceptional participants will receive Gold , Silver , or Bronze Awards , with a medal and certificate .
  4. Outstanding Mentor Award
    Mentors recommending five or more participants will receive a trophy and certificate .
  5. Outstanding Institution Award
    Institutions recommending ten or more participants will receive a trophy and certificate .

Certificate and Award Delivery Arrangements

  • After the award announcement, participants have one week to verify names. Changes within this period are free; subsequent changes incur a fee.
  • Certificates, trophies, and medals will be shipped via SF Express (collect on delivery) from Hong Kong, approximately 12-14 weeks after the announcement, to the address provided in the registration form.

Registration Fee

HKD: 300/person

(The fee includes the engraved award and certificate, no additional charge is required)

Eligibility

  • This competition is open to students worldwide.

Application Requirements

  • Participants must submit true, accurate and complete personal information.

  • Submittal Specifications:

    • The registration form must be photographed or scanned from the front to ensure that the image is clear and free of shadows, otherwise it may affect the score.

    • No certificate is required to be submitted at this stage, but the winner may be required to provide the original for verification later.

    • The winner's name on the certificate and medal will be made according to the information in the registration form. Please check carefully to ensure that it is correct. If the certificate or medal needs to be remade due to incorrect information, the relevant expenses shall be borne by the winner.

   Terms and Conditions

  •    The final ranking of the contestants will be determined based on their total scores.

  • The judging panel has the final say on the competition results and rankings, and participants must respect and accept their decision.

  • In case of any dispute regarding the judging, the organizer reserves the right of final decision.

  • The organizer reserves the right to modify the content, arrangement, terms and rules of the competition without further notice.

  • The Organiser has the right to copy, modify or use the entries for publicity or promotion in any media without obtaining the entrants’ prior consent.

  • Participants agree that the organizer may publish their names and authorize the collection, processing and use of personal data for event contact, publicity and promotion.
