Individual/Group Registration Method - World Association of Creative Arts and Culture (WACAC)

How to Apply
【personal】
Step one
For international events, please click "Register Now" on the competition page or
Fill out the individual registration form for the Spring Art Award and Cultural Cup
Step 2
Fill in the parent and participant registration information and complete the registration fee for the international competition
(Except Spring Art Award and Cultural Cup)
Step 3
The system will send a confirmation email immediately after submission (please contact the Association if you do not receive a confirmation email).
Step 4
Submit your work: Before the deadline, please click [Upload Work Link] in the confirmation email to upload your work (file type: jpg). Physical works do not need to be mailed.
After uploading, you will receive an email immediately confirming that your work has been received.
Waiting for the results to be announced
For all registered contestants, if we do not receive the works, the association will contact the parents directly after the deadline to submit the works.

(Teachers can register first and then submit their works by email before the deadline.)

Pay the registration fee
Email it together with 1) Group Form 2) Entry Sheet 3) E-file of your work to info@wacachk.org

Confirm registration reply
Once we receive your application, we will confirm receipt via email and provide a receipt. If you do not receive a reply, please contact our staff. Your registration is successful only if you receive our email confirmation.
