【Contest Background】

The "Tribute to the Masters" International Youth Art Exhibition aims to encourage children and young people who love art around the world to create excellent works of art and develop art through the collections of the world-class museum MFA Boston Museum of Fine Arts. At the same time, it inspires children, young people and art lovers to show their imagination, observation, creativity, thinking and expression through art creation, and discover future artists. The purpose of this competition is consistent with the purpose of the establishment of the association, which is to open a channel to the world, encourage young people and children to be brave in creation, and promote outstanding young artists to the world.

Phase 1: Preliminary selection (excellent works may be invited to participate in the exhibition)

【Entry Category】 (Grouped by year of birth) - Accepts registration from children and teenagers aged 3-16:

  • Children (birth year: 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019)
  • Children Group A (Year of birth: 2018, 2017)
  • Children Group B (Year of birth: 2016, 2015)
  • Junior Group A (Year of Birth: 2014, 2013, 2012)
  • Junior Group B (Year of Birth: 2011, 2010, 2009)
Each preliminary round participant will receive a certificate and medal of honor jointly issued by the Boston Museum of Fine Arts

【Work Requirements】

  • Theme: "Tribute to the Masters". Under the premise of non-interference, the subject matter and artistic form of the entries are not limited. Give full play to your own artistic creation advantages and create unique works of art that represent yourself. Electronic paintings are accepted. Pornography, violence and politics are not accepted.

Frontal photography (file type: jpg) should be submitted electronically to info@wacachk.org
Please specify in your email:
  • 1) Competitions participated in
  • 2) Name of the contestant (must be the same as in the registration form)
  • 3) Contestant’s year of birth
  • 4) Title (within 8 Chinese characters or within 5 English words)

*We will reply and confirm within 3-4 working days after receiving it

  • Drawing skills: 35%
  • Coloring skills: 35%
  • Content Creativity 30%

【 Registration method 】

**Individual Registration** ( Just click "Register Now" at the top of this page, fill in the contestant information and submit, the system will immediately send a confirmation email to your mailbox.)


**Group Registration** (5 students or more) :

Download the group registration form and email it to info@wacachk.org along with the following documents:

1) Completed group form

2) Payment proof (deposit slip)

3) Electronic file of the work

-You can complete the registration first and submit your work before the deadline. Tribute to the Masters International Youth Art Exhibition

The certificate for the winning students is officially issued by the Boston Museum of Fine Arts and is complete with the storage number, museum logo, and signature of the person in charge.

[Preliminary Individual Awards]

  • Certificate of Honor
  • Medal of Honor

All certificates are jointly issued by the "Tribute to the Masters" International Youth Art Exhibition Committee and the Boston Museum of Fine Arts.

*All certificates will have the names of the participants, and the medals will be made by the organizers. No names will be engraved on the medals.

*Medals and certificates will be mailed from the United States to our Hong Kong branch approximately 6-10 weeks after the announcement date, and then sent to the participant's address by SF Express (local shipping fee payable)

*Awards and certificates do not require additional application or charge, and will be sent out separately for each competition .

【Preliminary Group Award】​

  • Outstanding Leadership Award: Lead 15 students to participate and receive a trophy and certificate with the group's name printed on it
  • Excellent Tutor Award: Lead 5 students to participate and receive a certificate of recognition

【Registration Fee】

  • Personal name: HKD450/work
  • Group: HKD430/work (5 persons or more)
  • The registration fee includes the preliminary medal and certificate
- All participants in the preliminary round will receive a certificate and medal of honor jointly issued by the Boston Museum of Fine Arts
- Excellent works will be eligible for the exhibition, and invitation letters will be sent via email


***Phase 2:*** Invitation for the exhibition of outstanding works
All qualified exhibitors must pass the first stage of selection and be unanimously approved by professional reviewers before they are eligible to participate in the exhibition.
Exhibition Fees:
  • Personal name: HKD1300/work
  • Group: HKD1260/work (5 persons or more)
  • All exhibitors will receive an exhibition certificate, a medal of honor and a co-branded cultural calendar to pay tribute to the master
