**About the Exhibition**

UWEE International Art Exhibition is a top art event organized by UWEE European, American and Asian Education Alliance, and jointly created by many government agencies and international organizations. Over the past six years, this exhibition has continued to receive official support from multiple branches of the United Nations and has developed into a highly anticipated annual international art platform.

This year's exhibition has specially set up a "Global Youth Creativity Zone" , covering two major sections, children and youth, bringing together innovative works by emerging artists from all over the world. With "ONE WORLD · ONE FUTURE " as the core theme, we are committed to breaking geographical boundaries, promoting equality in art education, and conveying the beautiful vision of a community with a shared future for mankind.

Some outstanding works will have the opportunity to be collected by the Peugeot Family Foundation, Cartier Foundation, Chinese Embassy in France, Azerbaijan Embassy in France, Belarusian Embassy in France, Chinese Cultural Center in Paris, Italian National Cultural Center in Paris, Paris Institute of Design, etc.

**2025 Highlights**

**Upgraded Asia Zone** : A special exhibition area in the Louvre’s Salle Delorme features 2,000 outstanding works by young people from China, Hong Kong, Japan and South Korea

**Charity Linkage** : Cooperate with international charity organizations to implement the concept of "One Earth, One Dream"

**Historic Opportunity** : Officially authorized by the French Institute of Art and Education (I.FA.E.), this is the first time to solicit entries from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan in the form of a competition

Important Dates:

Deadline for registration and submission of works: ▲July 31, 2025 23:59

Shortlisted candidates announced : ▲August 5, 2025 (notified via official website and email)

Work requirements:

• Painting theme: Free creation, based on creativity (violent, political and pornographic content prohibited)
• Types of works: watercolor, gouache, ink painting, oil painting, crayon drawing, sketch, cartoon, printmaking, comics, mixed painting, photography, etc.

【Registration method】

1. **Individual registration**: Fill in the online form on the official website and receive a confirmation letter from the system

2. **Group registration** (more than 5 people): Click here to download the form and email it together with the work and deposit slip to info@wacachk.org

Application Fee:
Individual entry: HKD450/entry
Group entry: HKD390/entry (5 or more people)
The registration fee includes awards and recommendation letters

**Personal Honor Awards**

In each competition category, the following individual awards are given in order of scores:

Champion, runner-up, third place (1 in each group )
Award trophy, physical certificate, recommendation letter (issued by the French Institute of Art and Education)

Gold Award (10%), Silver Award (30%), Bronze Award (30%)
You can receive a medal, a physical certificate, and a letter of recommendation (issued by the French Institute of Art and Education)

• All participants will receive a certificate of participation

• There is no need to apply for awards and certificates separately. No additional fees are charged. Each competition will be mailed out separately.

(*Awards will be given out approximately three months after the results are announced.)

** Group Honor Awards **

-Outstanding Training Award: Calculated based on the number of entries from the group (school, studio or teacher), with gold, silver and bronze awards. The cumulative number of entries from all the association's competitions this school year will also be counted.

-Outstanding Art Education Award: (Students nominated by the instructor win the first, second and third place in this final) Participants who complete the competition without winning any awards will be issued a participation certificate.

Phase 2: Exhibition Invitation

• Notification time : before August 10, 2025
• Registration period : From the tentative announcement date to (September 10, 2025)
• Exhibition requirements :
  • The electronic files will be printed in color by the organizer (cost: HKD 1,988/piece + printing fee HKD 110/piece)
  • Original works for exhibition: No return, need to bear the shipping cost to Hong Kong branch

Qualifications for participation :

• The final number of exhibition places will be determined by the organizer. Participants must follow the selection results. All works that pass the preliminary selection will have the opportunity to be exhibited in the Louvre.
• This project provides a unique direct access to the Louvre for young people from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. The selected works will represent the region in the international art hall.

**Original works for exhibition** (please note)

• Bear the shipping costs of the works
• The works will not be returned after the exhibition (it is recommended to keep a copy for yourself)

1) Young Artist Honorary Certificate
2) UWEE France Exhibition Certificate
3) A letter of recommendation issued by the organizing committee
4) Commemorative postcard
