Work requirements :

• Theme: No limit . The slogan of the creation advocates "communication between you (him) and the world ". Under the premise of non-interference, the subject matter of the entries is not limited, and the artistic form is not limited. You can give full play to your own artistic creation advantages and create unique works of art that represent yourself.
• Electronic drawings are accepted. Pornography, violence and politics are not accepted.

*We will reply and confirm within 3-5 working days after receiving it

Preliminary individual awards :

• Each category has a gold award (10%), a silver award (30%) and a bronze award (60%). Winners will receive medals and certificates.
• To encourage children to participate in international competitions, all participants will also receive a participation certificate.

All certificates are jointly signed by the President of the Royal Spanish Artists Association, the President of the Barcelona Academy of Fine Arts and the Director of the Picasso House Museum

*All certificates will have the names of the participants, and the medals will be made by the organizers. No names will be engraved on the medals.

*The trophy/medal and certificate will be sent by the organizer to our Hong Kong branch about 6-10 weeks after the announcement date, and then sent by our association to the participant's address via SF Express (local shipping fee payable)

*Awards and certificates do not require additional application or charge , and will be sent out separately for each competition.

Preliminary Group Award :

• Outstanding Leadership Award: Lead 15 students to participate and receive a trophy and certificate with the group's name printed on it
• Excellent Instructor Award: Lead 5 students to participate and receive a certificate of recognition

Exhibition fee: HKD1,288/work (including exhibition fee, final trophy and certificate)

The certificate is issued by the President of the Royal Spanish Artists Association, the President of the Barcelona Academy of Fine Arts and the Director of the Picasso House Museum.

The finals and exhibitions are voluntary. If you receive an invitation to participate but confirm that you do not want to participate in the finals and exhibitions, it will not affect the results of the preliminary rounds. The preliminary round certificates and awards will still be arranged as usual.

After the exhibition, the organizer will provide exhibition videos and photos to describe the exhibition situation

Past Exhibitions

On October 19, 2024, the offline award ceremony of the Picasso International Painting Competition, hosted by the Picasso House Museum and the Barcelona Academy of Art, and with academic support from the Royal Spanish Artists Association, was grandly held at the Louvre in Paris.

The Louvre is one of the oldest, largest and most famous museums in the world, and is also the oldest royal palace in French history. Its unique architectural style and long history add a sense of solemnity and mystery to this art exhibition.

In the exhibition hall, the lighting is soft and warm, creating an immersive art experience space for visitors. The children's works appear more vivid and infectious under the lighting.

The 2024 Picasso International Painting Competition Louvre Exhibition has built an international cultural and artistic exchange platform in the form of art, providing young people with an opportunity to show themselves, exchange and learn. It not only shows Picasso's unparalleled artistic charm, but also reflects the infinite possibilities of contemporary young people's artistic exploration and creation, and further promotes global cultural and artistic exchanges.
