All participants in our competitions will be deemed to agree to the following delivery arrangements

Residential/commercial address (delivered by SF Express)

It takes time to produce all awards and certificates

After the general list is announced, the Association will reserve one week for all participating units to check the names of the contestants.

Estimated delivery time: 6-10 weeks by SF Express

Competitions organized by overseas organizers: Additional time is required, approximately 8-12 weeks after the announcement date, and will be delivered by SF Express

You will receive an SMS from SF Express after the goods arrive.

The organization will not remind participants to pick up their parcels. All participants must pick up their parcels on time. If extra fees are incurred due to delayed pick up, the participants will be fully responsible for the fees.

The Association cannot ensure that all certificates and awards will arrive on the date expected by the contestants. If there is any delay, the Association will not bear any losses.
