【Competition Theme】

"The Fantasy Adventure of Easter Eggs-Draw Your Easter Legend"

【Competition Purpose】

With Easter symbolizing "rebirth" and "hope" as its core, participants are encouraged to explore the intersection of cultural traditions and personal creativity through art, creating a festive art event that transcends ages.

【Game Highlights】

1. Excellent works will be invited to participate in the WACAC annual exhibition competition/IFAE International Artist Star Competition (participate in online, offline or French exhibitions)

2. The works will be open to public voting, show your talent and select the popular award . The top 3 in each group will receive a beautiful gift

Award application fee: Champion, runner-up, third place, and gold, silver, and bronze medal winners can apply for customized awards with their names printed on them.

Award options are as follows :

All prizes will be sent out via SF Express with cash on delivery within five to six weeks after the application deadline.

Tutor/Teaching Group/School Awards:

• Outstanding Training Award : Lead 5 students to participate (mentors or educational institutions nominate more than five trainees to participate in this competition)
• Outstanding Art Education Award: Lead 15 students to participate (the students nominated by the instructor won the first, second and third place in this final)

**As a group (5 students or more): Click here to download /click "Group Registration" at the bottom of this page to obtain the form along with 1) the form, 2) the entry slip, and 3) the electronic copy of the work and email it to info@wacachk.org

Work requirements :

• Under the premise of non-interference, there is no limit on the subject matter and artistic form of the entries. Participants can give full play to their own artistic creation advantages and create their own unique works of art.
• Electronic drawings are accepted. Pornography, violence and politics are not accepted.
• Any size
• Participants only need to submit one side of their work .
• Participants can choose their own painting tools and paints (there is no limit to the painting media, including oil painting, watercolor, gouache, pastel, sketching, printmaking, Chinese painting, etc.).
• This competition allows electronic files of works to be submitted.
• The size of the work should not be less than A4 and not larger than A3 .
• We accept electronic drawings, but we do not accept pornographic, violent, political works or works that use correction fluid or tape.
• The Association reserves the right to make the final decision on the use of works.
  

How to submit your work :

Frontal photography (file type: jpg) should be submitted electronically to info@wacachk.org. Please specify in the email:

1) Competitions participated in

2) Name of the contestant (must be the same as in the registration form)

3) Contestant’s year of birth

4) Title (within 8 Chinese characters or within 5 English words)

*We will reply and confirm within 3-5 working days after receiving it

Competition rules and statement:

Participants must abide by the following competition rules and terms:

1. Submission of works: All participants must upload their works before the deadline. Works submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

2. Requirements for original works: All entries must be original works that have not been published publicly and must not infringe on the copyright of others.

3. Intellectual Property: By submitting their works, entrants agree that the Association may edit, copy, archive, transmit, publish, publicize, exhibit and print the works and related materials without the entrants’ prior consent or payment of any fees, and the Association reserves the right to make the final decision on the use of the works.

4. Content restrictions: All works will be subject to review and must not contain inappropriate content such as pornography, violence, bad consciousness or commercial propaganda.

5. Personal information: The personal information provided by the contestants will only be used for competition contact and distribution of competition information.

6. Personal data update: Please ensure that the personal data provided by the contestant is correct. If any information needs to be changed, relevant administrative fees will be charged.

7. Judging results: The judging results shall be subject to the decision of the Global Creative Arts and Culture Association. Participants shall abide by and respect the judging results and shall not raise any objections.

8. Modification and cancellation of competition rules: The Association reserves the right to amend the competition rules, terminate or cancel the qualifications of participants without further notice.

9. Compliance with the rules: All participants must comply with all competition rules and terms. Submitting the entry form means you agree and understand the competition rules and statements.

10. Dispute Resolution: In case of any dispute, the World Creative Arts Exchange Association reserves the right to make the final decision.
