Led by the **Institut Français des Arts et de l'Éducation (IFAE) **, it brings together the world's top artists, curators and scholars to provide professional evaluation and issue work evaluation reports for the entries.

2. Multiple display platforms, global exposure

- Online Exhibition: The winning works will be exhibited on the official website and cooperative platforms, reaching art lovers around the world.

-Physical Exhibition: Selected works will be exhibited in international art spaces, allowing your creations to enter reality and communicate with the audience face to face.

3. Star Path Project, helping artistic careers

Participants will have the opportunity to receive:

- Letter of recommendation from the French Institute of Arts and Education ( IFAE )

- Professional review report

Schedule

- Participants can submit their works to any painting competition on the WACAC website. Finalists will receive an invitation letter.

- Results: The final list of winners will be announced in December 2025, and online and physical exhibitions will be held.

Judging Criteria:

Painting skills and techniques - 30%

Aesthetics/Visual Appeal – 25%

Creativity and originality - 25%

Narrative skills and interpretation - 20%

- Online Popularity Award: 10 winners per category (trophy, certificate, exhibition opportunity)

Rules for participation and exhibition:

1. Participants only need to submit one side of their work .

2. Participants can choose their own painting tools and paints.

3. This competition accepts electronic files of works.

4. The size of the work should not be less than A4 and not larger than A3 .

5. We accept electronically drawn works, but do not accept works generated by computer AI or using correction fluid or correction tape.

6. The Association reserves the right to make the final decision on the use of works.
